We meet as a team most every week, discuss opportunities for the company and vote as a team to decide the best way forward. Each partner’s vote is weighed equally regardless of ownership percentage. We strive to give accurate and fair evaluations/performance feedback and can see in your case that you did not feel that way. We appreciate your feedback and will use this to help improve our process. Training has been an opportunity area for us. We feel that we have made great strides recently to have a more robust, interactive training experience. We are also excited to begin weekly group training sessions in August that will help our team better understand our industry and mission. We work hard on salary administration and do our best to have total compensation be in line with someone’s overall contribution to the success of the business. For our most highly compensated people the work can be quite challenging. Many of our people perform advanced analytics under very tight time frames and participate in negotiations with senior level managers. We do have a very aggressive profit share plan that is designed to pay out based on each team member’s impact on the success of the project.
