Bad workplace culture, skirts the law of employee rights - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Brickfields: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I was optimistic when I began working for Brickfields having been a customer for many years. It turns out that they just use you as a resource and don’t actually care about you. No set meal breaks when working by yourself at market or kiosk stalls, or in the bakery. This is illegal. Generally terrible operational support and communication from management. Overbearing and egotistical owner that is obsessed with turning a profit over employee wellbeing. Unable to accept responsibility for mistakes and be accountable for them.
