Currently struggling - Associate Applications Engineer bei Brewer Science: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Leadership (CLT) is absolutely out of touch since Terry Brewer stepped back. Executive directors just protect themselves. R&D chases every dead end whim. We are currently in a tight spot and going through layoffs. I fear for my job, but I also fear for this company as I see us trimming some meat and keeping so much fat around. Moral has never been lower and that was before the layoffs, now it's weird and depressing here.
