a pay check - (the owner continually cuts your pay when he wants more money in his pocket.)

Bad management and ownership High turnover Poor working conditions (nothing works properly and is put together with duct tape) Owner doesn't respect the employees on the floor who actually get the work done Bullies are allowed to thrive - which isn't surprising considering the owner is a bully and his long time employee and good friend has chased and bullied every front office employee out of the office.
