It looks like you've been with us 1-2 years - so welcome! In the first 1-2 years , many of our associates are still learning the business and getting comfortable with aspects of their new role, so promotion within that first year may be an unrealistic expectation. We're glad to hear you're happy with the work-life harmony in your new role. We do conduct Annual Reviews (and mid-year check-ins) with merit increases and incentive payout. This just happened in January for the 2022 business year. We make decisions for salary increase and bonus on the basis of the individual's performance and overall company results, which allows us to compensate our associates based on their merit and contributions! One size does not fit all.
There are some really great and knowledgeable people to work with and learn from and most...most are cooperative and helpful. I DID have a few wonderful supervisors who really helped me learn and progress

The previous post couldn't have said it better. Leadership is completely out of touch and does little to help anyone and is there to serve correctives. And once you hit one like that and you don't mesh..they will look for ways to get people out that they seem a threat..bc they ARE helpful.
