Family oriented, stress work/life family balance. Provide opportunities for their employees to grow. Continuous Improvement - expect us to "Obsolete Everything We Do!" Also shares a lot of information with employees such as financials, even though a private company. They really do get that people are their greatest asset!

If you don't like continuous improvement and change, this is probably not the place for you. Constantly looking for better ways to do things is ingrained from the start.
