      They are a Minnesota company that pays very low.

      Kontras

      They don't care about employees are terribly mismanaged. Disorganized lazy middle management treats the field techs like garbage. Terrible hours, treated badly, no genuine caring for people.

      Pros

      Great with time off. Decent benefits. The ESOP is wonderful and there are plenty of opportunities for travel! Plenty of overtime opportunities.

      Work hours can be different everyday. Somedays I would be done at 2pm some I wouldn't leave the office until 8pm.
