Great Experience working alongside PT/OT Therapist and Nurses to help improve resident's mobility and get back to as much independence as possible. Direct Patient care as a CNA was both challenging and rewarding at the same time.

Very hard on my body. Got burned out. Short staff way too much.

Some of the coworkers are great to work with. The facility is clean (for the most part). Wouldn't have a problem with my loved one being there if needed.

Upper management show favoritism to employees of a "certain" complexion. If you're of a darker color, don't expect to even get a reply to a simple hello. Their expectations (what one person can accomplish) are also unrealistic. Insufficient equipment. ALWAYS low or completely out of wipes and briefs/pull-ups. Food options sucks (I feel sorry for the patients).
