Opportunity for personal growth is the employee drives it, is willing to switch jobs every 2 years, continue education, and relocate. Great for young people right out of college and young families. Excellent benefits. They treat interns really well but limit interns to "select" schools.
Kontras
No loyalty to long-term employees. Believe in turnover of 10 % is good and only 10% are exceeding expectations (get full bonus). Believe in meeting the numbers no matter what it takes. Being with the company for 20 years, being over 50 (unless executive management), or staying in the same position for more than 5 years is the kiss of death here.
