Traffic on I95 getting to the office can be bad, but not applicable to everyone (closer you live, less relevant this is). Vacation (2 weeks vacation until 5 years, 3 weeks after 5 years) and company holidays (2 floating personal days, but MLK, Presidents, Patriots, Veterans, Columbus, Christmas Eve aren't given) are on the lower side compared to what is anecdotally standard in the tech industry (3 weeks + MLK, Presidents, Veterans, Christmas Eve)
