Horrible owner who is clueless about everything in life. Only thing he cares about is the company that (only gets used once a week) and his goofy hair, No 401K but the managemen has a jet. If you have a family expect monthly insurance cost to be between 1100.00 and 1700.00 a month which is absolutely ridiculous (HR was happy to have been able to negotiate such a horrible insurance plan). Has a family member who gets made fun of all of the time by the acid group because he is so clueless about what is going on. The yard in Midland where they work out of is one of the worst places in Midland, again owners do not care about their employees. You would be better off working for McDonalds then Bosque.
