I feel that compensation is lacking behind competitors, other suppliers, and OEM's. In my opinion, this is somewhat made up for through the interesting nature of the work, but money is always an issue.
Although it is refreshing to work for a multi-national corporation, there are some difficulties in working effectively with colleagues in Europe and Asia. There are obviously breakdowns in communications, and instances where information is not properly shared.
There are many processes, standards, etc. which are created. This can be confusing and difficult to deal with at times. It is also difficult to keep track of all of these processes.
