      Friendly coworkers, team environment, rewarding work with preschoolers with and without disabilities. Consistent salary all year long, including the weeks off between the end of summer session and beginning of new school year.

      I have been with the company for 11 years as a teacher assistant to just been prompted to head teacher starting september

      Pros

      worked alongside other therapists (loved my coworkers) and the kids were cute. very low functioning but that’s the population I enjoy working with the most. decent pay but terrible health insurance & benefits. no 401k
