Was great, wouldn't recommend now - Senior Java Developer bei Bonfire: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Had 20% layoffs in November 2022, and I was one of the people who got laid off "on the down low". I worked there for 7+ years and they wanted to "make it right" and allow me to look for a new position while still working, and then part amicably. I was never really given a reason for my termination even though I asked several times. We also had team building in October 2022 and a month later 30ish people got laid off for "budgeting" reasons.
