Solid product but unfortunately CEO and Founder is sucking the life out of this company. Very poor moral, no engagement, no empowering people.The office is painfully quiet and boring.There is a lack of leadership and direction but instead a CEO that micromanages, throws temper tantrums, gives no direction, and is running this company to the ground. Everyone is miserable and everyone is looking to leave. Recently lost some good people and now there is a line behind them of people hoping to leave. Growth is stagnant

CEO lacks respect for the people that work for him. He is a childish bully and has no idea how to run a business. Unfortunately the CTO who has much better people skills is absent as a leader as well and sits in his office eating Oreos and the first to hit the keg every night.
