The worst time of my life - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Body1: Mitarbeiterbewertung

School tries to teach you about business, but real life is different. I had a great time at Body1 while learning a lot about client management. I chose the internship because I am into digital stuff. The agency is smaller so things get turned around fast and you get the whole picture. Actually I got more out of it than I had expected by being curious. There was hardly a dull day as many client and internal projects forced me to be flexible, hands-on and very organized. I got along well with the staff and with the CEO. He, despite running the company, took care of my on boarding, encouraged me to be pro-active and think about solutions not problems. He also gave me advice whenever I wanted.

Of course it was not perfect. I wish it had been more creative (think big awards and press). Plus some of the grads that worked there were slackers, arrogant and hardly professional – so somehow school and real life are not that different.

small company, chance to get involved in many aspects of business and learn a lot of things. friendly and easy-going working environment.

disappointing compensation/salary. old technology and poorly documented legacy systems. unstable team, use a lot of temporary unpaid interns to do the work.
