Hours change constantly. Sometimes required to work on sundays. Upper management keeps changing plans of what they want and you often work in circles never really accomplishing much besides getting orders out. Repetitive and not much room for you to grow. If you get placed in the warehouse, you can really only move up one level, don't even think about trying to move to the office because that'll never happen. hazardous work environment. Does not comply with fire marshal's regulations at all. Almost no space to move in the warehouse because the people in the office keep requesting containers, before we are able to ship things out so if there was a natural disaster, i can guarantee that nobody will be able to make it out of the warehouse.
