Pros

The overall culture is excellent. It really is a big global team of great people trying to build great software.

Kontras

The management, at least locally in Australia, was awful. It was all about personal success for them at the expense of the employees and certainly not in the best interests of the company.

Pros

Work remote. Team members are personable and easy to get along with.

Kontras

Absolute lack of empathy from leadership. Little to 0 time for personal growth projects. 6 hours of nonstop calls daily. Inept customers that cannot enter their email address correctly and somehow turn that on you. Product that constantly changes without proper testing, leading to more unhappy customers and support tickets. Accrued PTO is the dumbest thing I've ever experienced. Worst job I have ever had in my entire life.
