The people you work with will be the best people you know. Most of the employees are kind good people. Y’all are all in the trenches together The management brings in food often. Pizza. Catered. Home cooked You see your bosses often so your not just some number on a page Sometimes can bring in kids/pets for emergency purposes

The pay is just not where it should be. Because of the location their is not a lot of competition. The same jobs in big cities start at 16 plus tack on your experience. Not enough parking for employees Lots of drama and backstabbing The workload vs the pay
