Everybody is super supportive. The DACH team is highly professional and especially Sales and Presales work very effectively thanks to a fantastic local management.
I am absolutely impressed by the leadership and the inclusive work atmosphere where people are truly empowered to give their best every day!

Equity is a bit under tech standard I believe.
Cloud strategy could be pushed a bit more so that people at the basis are also able to put it into reality.
A lot of effort is put into the product, into partnership and marketing. I am motivated by a great team that constantly strives to uplevel the company as a whole.
