1- Working hours are extreme since you will work with colleagues in USA. What's worse, it's not told during any interview before I joined the company. 2- The management team will behave you differently if you're Iranian. If you are other than Iranian, then you may NOT get bonus, salary increase or even they will fire you. It's evident that there is discrimination. 3-BCS is not a stand-alone company, they act like a branch of iherb in Turkey. CEO is not real CEO since all the decisions are made by USA team. 4- Not trustable company since you and all Turkish colleagues can be fired without any reason. You are lucky if you are Iranian. This behaviour is also valid for iherb as well. 5-You will never be a part of an enjoyable project. BCS does only small portion of the projects which is managed by USA.
