BluShark Digital is an outstanding work environment led by people who have continually gone above and beyond to create a work culture that values people at every end of the line. In my time here, I have experienced an immense level of compassion, growth, and collaboration. I always feel like myself here, and that's one of the highest compliments I can personally give to any job -- and truthfully, BluShark feels more like a career than a j.o.b., because I am always encouraged to grow and push myself, and my failures and mistakes are accepted with just as much grace as my successes. The bonus? Working from home!! BluShark is one of the few companies that has maintained an entirely WFH (or hybrid, if you'd like) model in the wake of the pandemic.

BluShark isn't a company that's been around for 150 years, so innovation and change are a part of the territory (which should be true of any digital marketing space). If you never want change and growth, I'd look elsewhere!
