Pretty much everything else. Operates like a cult, churns and burns their young talent (you'll often 50%+ grads leave within 1st year). They know this is an issue, but the machine has to keep on churning. Stats obsessed, to the point they measure your 'time spent on queue' and then rank you against your colleagues.
