Conveinant work that is outside and designed to confound the beat of the drums of a deadened job.

Kontras

Management problems not willing to dig deep in ml metrics and problem solve across the ambiguity of the spectrum to resolve the big picture and expects you to end breaks early to help people 5 minutes down the street, and expects executive perks to work their. Also expects you to take work home with you with out recourse.
