Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We agree that our Regional Directors are essential and truly impact our operations on a daily basis. The travel isn't for everyone. It's hard to stay organized if you aren't organizationally inclined. Operations Executives in this role are asked to wear many hats and produce and this role isn't for everyone. I would hope that you would feel comfortable speaking with your Regional Vice President about any challenges.
