The insurance is a self funded plan. Many times employees will mistake the 3rd party administrator that takes care of claims as the name of the Insurance. The card you carry to send your claims in isn't the insurance company. Look at your benefits package that was mailed to you. Or, call the benefits department. They'll be happy to explain it all to you.
