I authored a fact-based consumer review detailing misconduct, and it was removed by Trustpilot on Square’s demand — violating my First Amendment right to free speech and petition. Square’s internal teams ignored my legal correspondence, even as I filed a certified UCC-3 lien (NY DOS Filing #202507238372594) documenting their indebtedness, breach of commercial contract, and statutory banking violations. I have also lodged claims under state and federal securities laws for material nondisclosures and retaliatory deplatforming.
