- They have the start of being able to turn around the culture there, hopefully they find good Human Resources leadership.

You usually cant take a break due to being understaffed and managers on your unit bring you in for crucial conversations about that instead of realizing there staffing ratio is a problem. People leave as soon as they come. Nobody stays hired long due to poor management on 2 North
