They also have an internal academy to teach you everything about blockchain 3. The leadership has a very clear vision and so will you. They plan ahead and know where they want to be in future. Not sure if this would be a negative for everyone but things can get demanding here. They are in a ramp up phase and you need to be matching the pace. If you are looking for a stable 9-5 then this might not be the best place for you.
