While employees are remote, the unique culture fosters from top down enables employees from over 40 countries to build relationship and connect with a passionate drive of making crypto useful. There has been many organization and process changes at Bitso. However, I believe these changes are necessary to support Bitso's hyper growth. I see stabilization of the changes that have been made by management and the impact of these changes are showing positive results.
