Pros

Good pay, solid healthcare through Aetna, and friendly coworkers

Kontras

Not many, though when I was there the higher-ups made a big push for AI. For a business like Bitly which specializes in short links and QR codes, AI is next to useless for the customer. Chasing trends only kept us from working on actual product improvements.
