1. Micro Management is the core of one of values of this company. They ask their engineers to make videos of what they did in the past week. They track employees based off of how many commits, PRs, tickets you resolve. 2. HIRE & FIRE - They will hire you and fire you within few weeks or just before your probation ends. They have numerous cases where good people were fired because they could not make certain amount of PRs/commits. 3. PIP everyone - Even if you make commits, you have the risk of being at the bottom 15% of the team, and if you are one of those unfortunate souls, YOU WILL BE PIPed. And then obviously FIRED.
