1 - The price you have to pay is a lot of extra hours, and very few of them will be paid. The expression 'work-life balance' does not exist in this company.
2 - The departments are not organized. A lot of chaos, and many unsatisfied customers that will take out their anger on you, the employee.
3 - There are certain people at the higher management level that have 0, or close to 0, management skills.
4 - The salary is decent at best, comparing with similar positions at other companies.
