Phenomenal entry level position. The saying here at Biscom is it doesn't matter if you don't know anything as long as you're ready to learn. This work environment is very relaxed but still controlled, it seems like everyone has a job and they know what they need to do to keep making this company great day by day. Comfortability and success is what Kevin Fraser is all about, anyone can go up to him for anything and he will always lean you in the right direction if he cannot give you a sufficient answer, and that goes for all managers here. In the support department you really get to work on your own schedule. This system allows you to manage yourself throughout most of the day. Although you are still being monitored it still is a very relaxed and easy-going position. Also the amount of experience and knowledge I gain every day is incredible. You get to immerse yourself in different environments and really get a basic feel on how health care, legal, industrial, and other type of companies have their network setup. Overall I am so greatful that S.K. and Bill took the time to analyze me and to see that I am a good fit in this company, I would recommend anyone ready to learn about new technology and/or looking for a terrific work experience to join in on the hard work and occasional fun times.

This job is a huge challenge at first. Getting to know every single product, getting to know how everything works takes some time and you kind of get thrown to the wolves with some preparation. But I can say after a couple months it'll be like second nature.
