If you are new, you may be working a later shift completely alone for no reason. HR is a gossip and anonymous complaints with NOT stay anonymous. If you go above her, you will be scolded.

There are too many "managers" in the company and not enough technicians; this makes some work aspects challenging whenever someone is out.
