Visionary product, amazing team - Senior Sales Engineer bei Bionic.ai: Mitarbeiterbewertung

I have been working at Bionic for almost 2 years now, and have been continuously amazed by the talent of the team across every department. The product is a super solid and innovative product, and the space is growing with Bionic as the front-runner. We have tons of amazing logos and customers who use the product, with more coming.

I think that (like most startups) the teams have had some misalignment issues, but those issues have gotten better over the past 6 months. We are in a new market, and also in a bad economic time for software purchasing, so it can be difficult at times, but what huge upside startup hasn't seen this at some point.

-Fantastic opportunity to disrupt an old and stale "Application Security" market and drive big-name customers to view risk management and prioritization at the application level as the new way of doing things -Smart and driven people across all departments who are hungry and share a common goal to grow the business -Disruptive product that is already being used by companies in the F100 within 2-years of Selling -Career and skill development at the very top of the list from CEO and CRO down -Conversations resonate at the C-Level and generate interest here and at VP level

-Immature market that will likely pop here towards the end of 2023. Not necessarily a negative but the education and requirements to change the way of traditional thinking does present a challenge -Anytime a company grows, there are going to be a series of challenges with all things related to the product and internal/external processes, but this is all par for the course
