We are sorry to hear you didn’t feel you were provided with enough training, as we now have an increased focus on training following the launch of our expertise plan. We do not favour one energy retailer over the other as all agents receive the same commission regardless of which supplier they are switched to following our service. We work hard to ensure that the opposite of your feedback is true so it's very disappointing to read.
