Pros
Mostly stress free and no micromanaging depending on who your one-over boss is and which department you work in. Awesome coworkers. They allow work from home, at least part time, as long as your job is conducive to that and as long as your performance is not negatively affected.
Kontras
Poor interdepartmental communication and poor communication from executive levels. Find out about large projects that impact your department well after they have begun and without your department's input. Often start going in one direction only to change strategies months or years into the changes leaving everyone with a feeling of everything only being "half done". Not many opportunities for advancement as people tend to stay for a long time. Pay is on the lower end of what is out there. Recently changed health benefits to a UnitedHealth run carrier and it's not as good as it used to be. PBM doesn't cover all medications that the old insurer did.
