Pay was decent. Good benefits.
Kontras
Lack of accountability between teams and amongst leadership. Frequent layoffs and reorgs. EPIC values only in theory not in practice. Haven't seen any initiatives for DEI. Constant flux of employees, projects, etc. Departments are not clear on what their roles and responsibilities are. General reluctance to address the root cause of problems. Micro-managing from business unit leaders.
