Results only Work Environment give some sense of flexibility. A few good professional individuals.

Keep mentioning about short-staffed departments but barely hire more employees to support their business. Randomly assigning multiple projects (at least in my department) that leads to burn out and hence high turnover. Super-bad management that is tone deaf to toxic work environment created by internal groups that cause no trust among co-workers. Departments work in silos. No support or appreciation for hard-working professionals, rather get treated as a bot while those direct supervisors doing bare minimum get all the credit. Job titles/designations barely correlate to their professional competence and expertise. Diversity and Inclusion apparently doesn't exists in managerial levels. *EPIC - Favoritism is the how one sustains and progress financially, forget professional growth.
