Pros
Good benefits (401K match, comprehensive health/dental, tuition reimbursement.) The base pay is slightly lower than some other paces but the benefits more than make up for it. I work in the Mpls HQ - Beautiful building in very convenient location. Close to downtown but easy to get to and free parking in a covered ramp. Company is starting to invest more in employee/leadership skill development. Company's product lines are diverse and interesting - by working there you play a role in cutting edge scientific discovery.
Kontras
Company continues legacy of operating very lean and this sometimes creates problems - consistently feels short-staffed and people are consistently feeling overworked. Initiatives are well communicated at a high level but more is needed at mid to base level. Sometimes people get bitter when they feel decisions were made without understanding the "why." (Nothing major that isn't a problem with most growing organizations.)
