Not organized, pool tips from entire day with all other bartenders into an hourly wage, female bartenders are crazy, the managers like to listen to crazy 21 year old bartenders as to how to run the place, female bartenders who have been there since spring or last year are not reprimanded for complaining in the corner while new people work, bartenders can break 6 top shelf bottles and stay hired, you get one break when if you work 12 hours you should be legally getting more, money is always missing in drawers and taken out of tips management doesn't care to find out who takes it, everyone is new who works there.... what does that tell you?, a lot of work drama especially from one particular female bartender, they overstaff a lot rather than having people on call in case it gets busy, there's a couple bartenders who are female and like to on purpose push the other bartenders behind bar. Managers get tipped too.
