The beauty of a BigFix was selling the culture and purity of honest caring about the endpoint security needs of our clients. Working hands on with Big Pharma, Government/large end user needs help expand BigFix into growth. BigFix cared about its clientele. Sales teams always delivered what customers needed. Once bought by IBM all was lost. Marketing VPs were crap. Sales never had a true leader. The product was the true PRO!

Cons are above listed with pros

• Decent benefits package (unlimited PTO, Ok medical) • Most of the team is really easy to work with

• No career advancement opportunities. They will do everything they can to avoid giving you a raise or advancement. • Very developer focused, everything else doesn't matter to them, which makes their products overly complex and hard to use. • No raises and constantly misalign performance goals just to make sure they don't need to give you a decent one that requires career advancement. • Constantly in financial trouble due to bad product and leadership • Consistently reorganizing their company structure instead of looking at the root problems affecting their bottomline.
