Outsourced to an insurance-based client, onsite. Been working at client's office from day one, never once step into BYS office. Only got festivities gift sent by mail. No communication on contract renewal to the outsource staff. You either believe you will be employed for them in a long-term growth, or you face risk of being layoff without knowing when your outsourcing period ends is.
