Beyond Computer Solutions gave me everything necessary to succeed and pushed me to be best Network Engineer I could be. Free lunch with the boss on a regular basis, a real open door company that cares about it's people.

Work balance can be heavy sometime but management does a good job in helping relive the tension.

I was able to learn a tremendous amount in my time with the company. The owner believes in the team and it shows with the trust given to each team member. Good work environment with a lot of flexibility.

There wasn’t anything that stands out. Normal issues when supporting customers expectations.
