Management is extremely disrespectful of employees. Significant changes in job duties and job titles made without even notifying employees. Frequent instances of YYC manager lying to employees. Managers and senior personnel yelling at and berating employees in front of the flying public. Management placing blame for their own omissions and mistakes on lower level employees. Employees in YYC blamed for PLC programming errors made by people in Denmark.
