The people in BetterManager are probably the nicest, most authentic and professional coworkers you will ever encounter. The culture at BetterManager is something I have never seen in my 20+ year career. They have the most down to earth Executives, who will give you their 100% support, no matter at what level you are in the organization.
Kontras
No downsides at all apart from the company being 100% virtual. It would be great to have some face to face interactions with your coworkers once in a while.
