Remote work, the few people that are inside the company are friendly.

Work comes and goes, some months you have various clients asking for work that needs to be done by tomorrow and other months there's almost no work at all. It's not stable and some clients are not easy to work with, you spend too much time reading emails.

The company has grown a lot since 2015. We went from having 2 people in operations to now having a solid team of 6, ensuring the candidate journey is positive and unmatched. We have taken a lot of the feedback we've received to help work out some of the kinks we faced in the past.
