micromanagement to the most extreme, unequal rules per employee (borderline nepotism). They don't care about employees. Directors personally charge customers for increased labor costs, but the labor is not paid more (the money flows to the top and is hoarded there. Management won't even let you ask for help - and when it's given it's useless because they don't care to listen to your concerns. They are not there to help you learn, just money-hungry, chain-blaming corporatists. Expect to be doing others work - and not being recognized for it,
