      Pros

      A good bonus program that requires you to work a ton of hours. A Good office location.

      Kontras

      The most toxic upper management I have ever experienced in my entire life. Get ready to be treated like cinderella and worked to death only for you to be talked down to like you are incompetent. There are so many cons that I could write a book to describe this firm and I still would not feel like enough has been said AVOID like the plague.

      Pros

      My direct manager was amazing and I will continue to keep in touch with them. Unlimited PTO.

      The management was poor. Anytime I would ask for help, managers would tell me to use Chat GBT or Microsoft Copilot or Basis. I was newer and a lot of directors/managers did not want to work with me. They all have favorites of who they want to work with. Everyone was extremely passive aggressive and have weird relationships with one another. It was way too incestual and people want to know your every business. They will judge you over every little thing. The woman are not nice to newer younger associates. Working 60-70 hours during busy season was brutal.
